Small, child friendly, cosy holiday development "Alpendorf". 1 km from the centre of Stumm, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 1.7 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2. Children's playground. Private: lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, relaxation room, storage room for skis, central heating system. Mooie gezinswoning

we hebben genoten van de mooie plek, we konden heerlijk buiten zitten met het mooie winterweer.Een prima uitganspunt om te gaan skiën, fietsen door het mooie Zillertal of te wandelen. Het treintje door het Zillertal bracht ons bij mooie plaatsjes.

Huisje ligt even hoog als het dorpje, klein kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum van het dorpje. Huis is erg netjes, schoon, praktisch, leuk ingericht, voor 8 mensen goed. Het huisje heeft geen balkon met een mooi uitzicht naar het dal. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad.

Een heerlijke vakantie woning.

Wij hebben genoten van deze echte oostenrijkse vakantie woning. Een klein min puntje was dat er geen stoel in de slaapkamers aanwezig was.Al was het maar een eenvoudige keukenstoel om je kleren op te leggen. De kleinere dames konden niet in de spiegels kijken omdat ze te hoog hingen. Misschien een spiegel in de hal? Verder perfect !

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage für diverse Unternehmungen im Zillertal. Problemlose Kontaktaufnahme & Schlüsselübergabe mit der Vermieterin. Urige & ausreichende Ausstatung vor Ort. Sogar die Matratzen waren top und besser als in manchem Hotel! Unsere 2 großen Hunde waren auch willkommen. Waren schon zum 2. Mal da und kommen sicher wieder ☺️

Alloggiato nello chalet n. 3 che è molto grande e confortevole. Dotato di tutte le comodità. Unica pecca la lavastoviglie da cambiare perché oramai datata. In die Jahre gekommen

Die Häuser sind an sich nicht schlecht fü größere Gruppen, aber sehr abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber (Haargummi von vorherigen Reisenden im Bett, sehr schmuddeliges Sofa). Auch waren wie in anderen Häusern sonst vorhandene Dinge (Pfeffer, Spülschwamm).

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit kleinem Manko

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit einer größeren Gruppe. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet auch ein Grill war vorhanden. Zum mülltrennen stehen ausreichend und beschriftete Behälter bereit, die praktischerweise in einem Anbau untergebracht sind. Das Haus war sauber, lediglich die Couch und die Polster der Essecke gehören definitiv ausgetauscht oder tiefengereinigt. Negativ. Fliegeninvasion!!! Außen essen oder Lüften unmöglich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung inmitten des Zillertals

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienunterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Neben der Hütte, die über ein Wohnzimmer inkl. Essbereich und Wohnküche verfügte, gab es einen Skiraum, einen Kältebereich für Getränke, ausreichend Bäder und ein Saunahaus für die Nutzung aller 5 Häuser. Wir mussten uns dieses Mo-Fr von 17-20 Uhr mit allen weiteren 4 Häusern teilen. Nach Absprachen war es ok, war jedoch nicht so auf der Website beschrieben. Die Lage war sehr gut, mit dem Skibus konnte man die Skigebiete erreiche

Rustikales, unkaputtbares Haus

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und 3 Enkel (3,4 und 6 Jahre) im Urlaub. Das Haus hat durch seinen rustikalen Charm und den fest eingebauten Betten und Schränken uns vom ersten Moment an entspannen lassen. Die Kinder konnten, ohne Angst sie könnten etwas kaputt machen, wunderschön spielen. Auch im Außenbereich war keine permanente Aufsicht nötig, da keine große Straße oder ungesicherte gefährliche Bachläufe in unmittelbarer Nähe waren. Der Kühlschrank kommt bei 9 Personen an seine Grenzen.

Superschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dem wunderschönen, ganz aus Holz gefertigten Holzhaus und sowohl Eltern als auch Kinder haben sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist leider nicht sehr groß und selbst ein Kochen zu zweit ist etwas schwierig. Aber für eine Woche bei uns kein wirkliches Problem.

Schönes Haus

Ein schönes Haus zentral im Zillertal. Gut ausgestattet. Für uns 7 Personen schöne Größe. Etwas zu bemängeln wäre was leider das Sofa und Sitzecke im Essbereich könnte ausgetauscht werden ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen oder abgenutzt. Und es war trotz Reinigung staubig im Haus.

Skiurlaub in der Hütte vom Alpendorf

+ Vermieter war bei Problemen telefonisch schnell erreichbar die Nähe zum Skigebiet ist top- 2 Autominuten und man ist an der Gondel - Hütte schon stark abgewohnt, lieblos zusammengestückeltes Interior, Hütte für 10 Mann ausgelegt, aber teilweise nicht ausreichend Besteck bzw. Teller.kein Toaster. Bäder sind echt klein ,2 Mini-Bäder für 10 Erwachsene ist morgens doch sportlich. Brötchenserv. hat bei uns leider nicht problemlos geklappt,

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten angereist und sehr angetan von der urigen und gemütlichen Einrichtung des Hauses. Die Übergabe durch Frau ... war sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut für die Selbstverpflegung ausgestattet. Der Brötchenservice hat super funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Sauna ist nicht am Sonntag frei nutzbar, sondern muss da extra bezahlt werden (50 Euro), steht dann allerdings ausschließlich dem zahlendem Haus zur Verfügung.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einer sehr schönen uriger Einrichtung. Ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Wir haben mit 7 Personen dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Allerdings bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen. kann es beim essen und chillen doch eng werden. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen !!!

Für Kinder und Familien

Schöne kleine Anlage mit kleinen eigenem Spielplatz an einer wenig bis gar nicht befahrenen Straße. Kühe, Schafe, Hühner und Pferde in Sichtweite. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zufuss erreichbar. Leider funktioniert der Brötchenservice nur bei voller Belegung des Dorfes. Leider nur schlechtes WLAN.
