"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Ginzling - unlike some of the nearby towns - remains an authentic, likeable and calm village. It's a fabulous base for walking the zillertarel alps. We hired a car but didnt really need it as there are many walk from the door and a regular bus service between mayrhofen and the lake at the very end of the valley. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."
