Welcome to Cabin in the Woods, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This stunning wooded getaway features an open concept living space with 3 bedrooms, a loft area, and 2 bathrooms. This is a pet-friendly cabin where you can find a gorgeous wraparound deck to enjoy the secluded quiet of the woods with a fire pit and yard games to make your stay complete. In the spring the Evergreens and Beech trees are green with the freshness of the new growth. The fall offers a spectacular show of color with winter a quiet getaway surrounded by freshly fallen snow. With how secluded it feels, you wouldn't believe it's just a few minutes from the county park boat launches and beaches along the bay of Green Bay.

We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

* This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

Wildlife is commonly observed in the yard.
Outdoor fire pit where you spend your evenings around the fire roasting marshmallows and stargazing. Guests bring their own firewood.

Door County offers so much to do with 5 state parks that are great for hiking, swimming, or biking. It also has 300 miles of shoreline and 11 lighthouses to explore. We offer culture, recreation and relaxation in a peaceful setting for our guests.

Surrounding area:
We are centrally located, about 10 miles north of Sturgeon Bay, and a few miles south of Egg Harbor.
Sturgeon Bay has grocery stores, pharmacies, and department stores (Walmart and Target), and restaurants. Egg Harbor has shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
