*This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared toward quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer w/ice maker, mini-fridge, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, traditional coffee maker.
Also available are pots and pans, baking sheets, barbeque grill utensils, other basic cooking supplies, dishes, utensils, glassware.

Provided:
Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided (Please bring beach towels)
We do supply a starter set of paper products including 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
