Welcome to our dreamlike and lovingly decorated apartments for large groups - with two underground parking spaces!

The two design apartments BAUHAUS and LOUIS with a total of 4 bedrooms are located in the same house - one below the other - and offer a lot of space. Both have exactly the same layout and the same furnishings.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, towels and bed linen.

The two design apartments BAUHAUS and LOUIS with a total of 4 bedrooms are located in the same house - one below the other - and offer a lot of space. Both have exactly the same layout and furnishings.

A large living-dining area with a separate kitchen and Bauhaus-style chairs creates an inviting atmosphere. The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed ensures a restful night's sleep. In the second room there are two single beds for the night if you come here with children or friends. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive. The balcony provides a place in the sun in summer.

Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.

It is a new building from 2018 with high-quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, free underground parking directly in the building.

Perfect for families with children or babies, as we can also provide a crib, toys and books for your dream family if required.
