Location is close to subway and easy access to city . The area is commercial/ industrial so dining options are limited. But value for money with staff being excellent . Room was clean and comfortable . Bsthroom though tight served the purpose.

A very modern house, I had a room at the 8th floor with a nice view, especially breakfast was outstanding including a super nice lady that served even super early in the morning with a bright and shiny mood - that was great! The Hotel is well equipped and located near to tram station. Also some food options are around.

It was easy to communicate with the multilingual staff and the facilities were super clean and super up-to-date. I loved the design, color scheme, Bluetooth sound system, and the fact that choosing to be eco-friendly and opt out of room cleaning would earn me a complimentary drink from the bar! Though there wasn't much available food near the hotel, the bar always had pizza and Tarte flambees. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Ubahn station, with three different lines going to the city center, so I was able to leave and go into the city whenever I wanted for food, to sightsee, or to shop. This also meant I never needed any type of shuttle or taxi- I walked all of my luggage from the Hauptbanhof to the Ubhan to the hotel! I would absolutely stay here again.

I have requested an iron and the desk at check in and the staff asked me to come later as they are busy having many check in's what I did, I returned after the dinner and got not the friendliest response that they have only one desk and iron...

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen modernen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber weitestgehend sauber – lediglich unter dem Bett hätte gründlicher geputzt werden können. Der Teppich wies leider einige auffällige Flecken auf, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der tolle Ausblick aus der obersten Etage. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen Safe, allerdings keinen klassischen Schrank, sondern nur eine offene Garderobe. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es durch den Straßenverkehr recht laut – wer empfindlich schläft, sollte das beachten. Die Tiefgarage ist hell, modern und gut befahrbar, allerdings mit 20 Euro pro Tag recht teuer. Sehr positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber, und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Gutes Stadthotel mit Stärken beim Service und Frühstück – mit kleinen Schwächen bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die „Frühstücks-Dame“! So sehr herzlich ohne aufgesetzt zu sein…. da genießt man das ausgezeichnete Frühstück gleich doppelt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist vielleicht, dass im Badezimmer keine Kosmetiktücher vorhanden sind und einem der Klorollenhalter entgegenkam. Für den Besuch im Theaterhaus ist die Lage perfekt. Gerne wieder!!!

Zimmer und allgemeine Einrichtungen sind modern und sauber. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, den Fernseher zur Musikausgabe per Bluetooth zu koppeln. Super viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, da können andere Hotels der selben Preisklasse nicht mithalten. Kritikwürdig war lediglich das sehr langsame WLAN, für Büroarbeit/ Home Office im Hotel reicht die gemessene Geschwindigkeit von unter 10 Mbit/s nicht aus. An zu vielen Nutzern kann das nicht gelegen haben, es waren kaum Gäste vor Ort.
