"The service was ok but I had higher expectations. There was no iron and iron board. Breakfast was ok but no options for vegans. The taxi from the hotel to the airport was 130 Euro. This was not an independent taxi company but a service from the hotel. Staff, especially at breakfast can’t speak English. So my experience was rather disappointing. "

"Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for. "

"Very Italian feeling beach side resort. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcoming. Beautiful views and quiet area with great areas for walking and running. The included full breakfast was excellent- coffee hot croissant eggs bacon fruit- all that is needed! Would definitely recommend!"

"Very clean and stylish hotel. Star taken off for the fact that we had 2 twin beds pushed together rather than a double and it was supposed to be a superior room. "This is a harder review to make in my 71-country visits. Arriving at the hotel, I was buzzed-in to the property's foyer only to discover I would need to use the lift to go one floor up to reception. I was happily-greeted by two very pleasant reception staff who expedited my check-in & took me to my room, showing each area. At breakfast the next morning, I was cheerfully-greeted by the breakfast staff who showed me their offerings. I found the 5 breakfasts consumed there to be great but short...

"Great beach, view, etc... Hotel itself is a bit outdated. Rooms are 4 star quality, service is on and off - some staff are excellent some have no idea what's going on. Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience.
