Perfect for a budget stay - We had a 2-room dormitory suite with kitchen. Austere, as expected for a dorm. Need a car but plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Air conditioned! Kitchen does not include any dishes, cutlery, etc., so bring your own. Friendly staff.

Reasonably priced, a bit hard to figure out the entrance but the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Dorm living :)

No TV

I forgot that the rooms didn't have a TV and there was no lounge with a tv that you could watch. You needed blue tooth and Netflix to watch it. The room itself was clean and had a frig and microwave.

I enjoyed having a kitchenette as well as two separate rooms and a bathroom, the space is very spacious, the place was clean, the beds aren’t very comfortable and the room needs a few things fixed but all and all it was very good for the price.

Me and my friends stayed for 2 nights and it was nice. Bathroom & showers were clean. Beds were also clean. Would recommend if your in sudbury for the summer and need a cheaper place to stay then a hotel.

As long as you don’t go in expecting a full service hotel, this is excellent value for the cost. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family with a baby. I love that we could have the convenience of a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms for less than the price of a typical hotel room.

The staff are nice and helpful! It would have been nice if they had added on the hotel add that there is a kitchen but dishes and utensils not included. We could have brought our own. The cups were great!

Stayed early may. Checkin smooth. Courteous staff. Good for expectations of a residence stay. No garbage cans in units. And no access to AC or thermostat was the detriments.

There was no kettle for coffee in the morning. No hot water, only warm. The blind didnt stay closed. We had to put up a blanket. Nice desk space. Had no idea it was a dorm where we had to supply our own small appliances. Faulty advertising saying it was a conference and resident place with no clarity on the building itself having us drive around the building a few times. Nice customer service at the front desk. Handy trolly. Far parking lot. One bed sunk in down the middle therefore kept sinking towards the centre of the bed. Overall it gave us a place to sleep.

Having 2 bedrooms was great for our family of 4. Front desk staff was slow and sometimes I waited several minutes for staff to come. The laundry facility only accepts only $5 bill and the front desk didn’t have $5 bills so I left to do laundry elsewhere

The room itself was clean the hallway and elevator where never cleaned. Had no cart’s available to carry in luggage and it was a long walk. No one cleaned the room or emptied the garbage for the price would expect better. It was quiet for sleeping.

As the others said is hard to find. You should approach it on Lamotte street from the east of the town. Lamotte is not a trough street as on some maps. Property was clean, you get what you pay for as far as comfort. I liked that there are 2 bedrooms with doors, so is ideal for families. Only bad thing was the bathroom fan was noisy.
