Beautiful property. Children really enjoyed the slide. The manager was more than helpful with a misunderstanding , and really helped us threw to the end. Definately recommend to everyone. I run a baseball league and bowling league , and we will definately be back ! Thanks so kindly

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the front desk staff did a great job responding to questions. The only issue we had was with other guests, 2 soccer teams, that made alot of noise and were knocking on our door as a prank late into the night. We did our best to ignore it, but it was disruptive. However, this type of behavior is not the fault of the hotel staff.

Loved that this hotel is going out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. It's not a resort, but in terms of a side of highway hotel, I would rank this highly. Breakfast was excellent, so many options, our whole family had something they loved. Pool was great, clean, great bed, big room, in-room kitchen and an experienced, friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

The door was so sticky and made this horrible noise everytime you opened it. My husband could not sneak out for early morning coffee downstairs without waking the children. It had a smell in the one room like wet dog or something. Our second room across the hall did not have this smell or door noise concern

Our family of four (with dog in tow!) stayed here one night on a roadtrip. The room was clean, large, and comfy. Everything feels quite new. Lots of great storage and the kitchenette is stocked, with additional tools and items available to borrow… a BBQ and nice outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and slide. Finally, their pet fee is nominal compared to other places, and they kept a bowl of treats stocked at the front desk. Could easily have stayed for longer. Will definitely consider a Townplace hotel for our next destination.
