"The staff went above and beyond. The food variety and taste were great! The condition of the rooms and furniture need some improvement. All suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevators, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities and special needs. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. "

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous beach,azur blue water with beautiful sandy beach and mountains in the back ground are breathtaking. landscape with multiple fountains..Food was delicious with different vareities every day. staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very comfortable bed is very comfortable. nice views from the balcony, weather was amazing.The only only issues were few flies, which was addressed with management and they said is a temporary situation caused by the surrounding desert and they are dealingwith it. the other issue was overcharging for items we thought were complementary, which should have been labled with a price. there was no such list of charges in the room Otherwise we had an amazing time"

"I will start with the check inn, it was very bad experience as I booked 2 twin beds side by side as I have my 2 daughters with me and as I been told there is no 2 rooms with twin beds side by side, anyway they checked me in on 2 rooms ( King bed & twin bed) and between the rooms was an storage room for the house keeping, when I went back to the front desk they said they will try to find 2 rooms side by side and I stayed about 45 minutes till the director of operation MOAMOEN came and got my 2 rooms side by side , the rooms door is using actual Keys not Key card however the doors is so bad and need body builder to be able to close them so bad and hard to close them, the check out needs to do 3 steps !!’ First to drop the keys and then I have to go to the guest relation to fill a mandatory survey and then back to the front desk to get a pice of paper to be delivered to the main gate, I never seen that in my life. The staff very friendly ( Pool attendant Ahmed from Elmania, Medhat Mohammed pool lounge, and Mahmoud the House keeper attendant are amazing, overall I will never back to this property again."

"There was a maintenance in the reception area, no signs to follow, so noisy and rooms has one access and a very long corridor. Terrible experience."
