We had to make a last-minute change to our plans due to a major storm and they were kind and caring and worked with us through everything. The only thing I wish we had known prior to our trip is that the building is at the very top of a mountain and, in the event of snow/ice, the road requires studded snow tires or chains, neither of which were possible for our 2-wheel drive car. "Great relaxing weekend that we needed. The town was very slow due to the flooding a few weeks ago, but we were looking for pure relaxation so it was fine with us. The condo is spacious and the king bed was comfy. The sunset view was AMAZING "
