"This place was great, close to everything and still a 5 minute kayak from a beautiful river. The place looks better inside than outside, and was well furnished and clean. The coolest thing was the Blackstone grill. I do wish the creek in the back had a nice clean bottom, instead of the mucky murky one, but the water was clean at least. We never did see any manatees, because apparently the usually come up river in the winter time."

"The house was amazing for our family of 8 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The outside area was so relaxing. Beautiful water view and plenty of wildlife. We added the pontoon to our stay and loved taking the boat to the flats each day and canal cruising in the evenings. The area of Hernando Beach was easy to drive around in. No waits at restaurants and plenty of shopping close by. The host were easily accessible and timely with answering questions. We would love to visit again!"

"The house is located in a perfect spot on the river. We saw manatees, dolphins, fish, an otter and birds. We kayaked, swam and had a nice fire every night at sunset. My three daughters and three grandchildren joined me for a perfect birthday week. Summer, the property manager, answers texts immediately if you have any questions. "This place was wonderful! Clean little cabin. We stayed outside most of the time. The dock to the water is just steps away and we spent 80% of our time out there! Even with the low tide, there was plenty of water to fish. Ozello itself was amazing! The bugs weren’t horrible, but we live in old Florida so are used to them. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The website and photos definitely made it appear to be more luxurious than it is in reality. However, we still had an amazing time. The proximity to the springs, ability to rent kayaks on property, and the dining options both on property and nearby were wonderful. The rooms were well kept, but the lack of a microwave was disappointing as well as the entire bathroom situation (not up to date). Overall we had a wonderful experience and might come back again. "
