"The service staff is exceptional. We had dinner at the nearby Mitu restaurant and the restaurant charged us twice which I think was an honest mistake. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the next two days which meant we couldn't contact the restaurant re the double charge as we were scheduled to move on to the next city on our tour. We approached the hotel staff to see if they could contact the restaurant on our behalf to get them to check the restaurant records. They were very helpful...

"The place is exactly what I was looking for during our vacation. I wanted to go somewhere quiet and not very busy. I was looking for a place that was not so touristy and this was it. "The area around the property is so beautiful! I loved waking up in the morning & seeing the forest outside. My room was very clean and the front desk service very friendly. "This hotel has only one guest house, not room. The house has two bed rooms with two single bed in each. You can play piano if you wish. Big bath, small kittchen clean toilet to stay number of days with a family or friends. Food is not math produced. We have had a game (November) in Italian style for dinner. Hotel is more than 200 year old historical buirding but well maitained. Owner explains building and it's uniqe history. It was our own way from Koya-mountain to Nara by car."

"We chose an adult only hotel outside Osaka because there was nothing affordable available in the city. It was located on the south side direction of Kansas airport. The room was 20 sqm large for Japanese standards. It was a basic room clean enough and had a fridge and microwave. Transport to the airport took a bus ride and the express train and took almost as long as from Namba station. Considering the low price it was a decent deal. "
