"Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine mais voilà nos remarques. Les + : - la localisation, à quelques minutes à pieds de St jean pied de port - la terrasse, la vue sur les montagnes, et la piscine - il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner - nous avons pu arriver et partir à l'heure que nous souhaitions c'était très pratique Les - : - très compliqué de prendre une douche car soit l'eau est froide soit l'eau est bouillante. - le matelas du lit 2 places et les oreillers ne sont pas...

"As a family of 5 we had the 3 persons first floor and the seperate 3 persons ground level, with acces to a totall of 3 showers, 2 water toilets and 2 kitchens. All in excellent state as the chalet is recently refurbushed. The first floor unit has airco, the ground level not. The pool is good to chill on a hot day, the view from the pool on the mountains is super, the pool is only 10 meters away from the chalet and can be monitored from the terras of the chalet. "Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided...

"Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple of negatives. When I book a double room I expect to get a double bed not two singles pushed together - that's a twin room. Shower had no soapdish / shelf so nowhere to put products."

"Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. There is a coffee maker, minifridge and an individual air conditioning unit that makes any heat wave bearable. There is ample closet space and the bathroom modern with attractive lighting. If you want to eat in, there is a communal microwave and one-pot meals available to heat up. The wi fi works great. It is a pet-friendly place: several dogs were there, including those of the owners. The only possible minus is that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. Excellent value."

"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. The toilets and shower facilities for campers also looked practical and clean. The location was excellent with San pee 10 minutes drive with a lovely sandy lake and two very good restaurants close by. The weather was not kind but overall a good experience "
