"We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh. "

"The facility is adequate with a working elevator, clean and well-appointed lobby, nicely decorated interior, and average rooms. There was no air conditioning and it was getting hot in Osh. We had requested an early arrival and reserved and paid for a junior suite, but none was available when we arrived. "まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。 Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。 ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。 返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることになった後、Wifiは不通になった。 夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。 部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。 近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。"
