"There is no faulting the staff from housekeeping to management. Should a problem arise it is dealt with fairly & promptly & the English of the receptionist Rina(?) & manager is impeccable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Surroundings are beautiful. Pool area is spotless & pool beautifully inviting just like the promotional photos & lifeguards on hand. No problem with getting parasols & sunbeds both pool & beach. Would have been nice to have had somewhere with snacks during the day as you are limited to using the restaurants on site during fixed hours if you have no car & the food is pricey but not as good as expected. Breakfast buffet is, however, plentiful & with lot of choice & best peaches & nectarines ever tasted ! "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Buggerru! The place is amazing, quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The room was in good condition and comfortable. Breakfast had enough variety to start the day right, simple but satisfying. For us scrambled egg and bacon would have been enough. The location is excellent, with many beautiful beaches nearby, including one within walking distance. The town itself is full of charm, with a unique mining history that adds character to the area. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around, and our favorite by far was Stella Maris,delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful seaside getaway with a touch of local culture. "

"Where to start.. The Conrad cancelled our booking with 36 hours notice with no explanation or compensation. Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... A move that further added insult. - All very stressful... Flights had been booked independently so we had no option but to persist and fly to Sardinia as originally planned.. We elected to stay at the Baia di Chia begrudgingly. Upon arrival we could not check in until gone 5pm as rooms were not ready. The room we were given was small and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom facilities were very dated and the installation of the shower door problematic The shower flooded both the bathroom and bedroom within 2 minutes of use - This took me an eternity to clean up and make safe after the fact. We were then moved to another room. "

"The friendliness of all the staff was spot on. Lovely big clean rooms and a good clean pool area. Fantastic area. Town of Pula in walking distance and transport links via buses are good. Would recommended and would return. "

"The room was spacious and it overlooked the harbor. The bathroom and shower were spacious too and everything was clean and in good working order. The only issue we had was with the door, which my husband had to shove open. The rooftop breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff quite helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
