"We spent a long airport layover at this hotel, so that we could relax and rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, although we did find the shower floor to be quite slippery when wet. The meal we had in the restaurant was good and everything was very fresh. "The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but with very limited English. The room was clean and the breakfast good and filling. But the room had no window (without any hint during booking) and unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. And the staff didn't manage to ask a few young people to calm down between 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning - sleep was out of the question!"

"Property is very dated and damaged. (Carpets are stained, furniture is ripped, etc.) The ceilings also showed significant water damage and the shower was rusted. It’s very difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. All that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days - we had great time. rooms are clean. breakfast selection is great. no complaint - definitely will book again."

"Very new hotel. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is quite spacious. Most staffs especially those at restaurant and reception in the day are good. However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change room and this is upon my request. Staff actually proposed that it can be fix in 1.5 hours. "

"the room was toooo small...and T/V..too small..no fridge...coffee no spoon..bathroom gets flooded from shower....very silly.b/fast same and cold.no milk for coffee...orange syrip..they cleaned room and left dirty towles on floor...picked them up and found guys undies under the bed..very dissapointing.."

"Room had problems. Paint chipping from furniture with mold in bathroom seals where friendly staff worked hard to keep it cleand. Restaurant furniture was very old, cracked, broken covering, food served at buffet was cold. Simply had to look for napkins/tissue papers where staff did not care about guest Hotel definitely not 5 star. Will not stay there in future"
