My 4th stay here. Really nice rooms, very clean. The gentleman who is the night porter is very friendly and helpful. The only downside to my stay was at check out. I expected to just hand over my key but was told by the lady on reception that I owed nearly 500 euros. I told her I had already paid and she replied curtly “no you haven’t”. I explained again that I had paid Expedia when I booked. She spent a few minutes clicking away at her computer and then said “oh yes, you have paid”. She could have done that before telling me I hadn’t paid. I got no apology. My advice, make sure you have your receipt from when you book.

"No safety deposit boxes in any of the rooms very limited menu and not enough staff form but the staff that were on were excellent overall a very nice place to stay but it does need a lot of money spent on it to bring it up to modern standards"
