The suite comprises a beautiful main floor foyer with brand new eat-in kitchen, remodeled bathroom and laundry area. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom and secondary bedroom fully furnished with brand new and beds, mattresses, desks and cozy sitting area.

An amazing alternative to hotels, this suite is your home away from home. 30 day minimum stay.

Walking distance to all local amenities: parks, coffee shops, restaurants, churches, trails, our beautiful oceanfront boardwalk and more.

Owner occupies back unit of duplex and has pets. This is a pet-friendly place but due to owner's pets, we can only allow 1 house-trained, non-destructive cat, with pet deposit.

Over and above accommodations and host!
Myself, daughter and granddaughter stayed 10 days in Paul’s renovated vintage farm house. The accommodations are amazing and Paul was very helpful. This location was very close to downtown Summerside and was a great base place to see sights like the Confederation Bridge, Hopewell Rocks and many other tourist sights. Paul was a very gracious and helpful host. Would definitively stay there again!

Great Stay
We were here for a baseball tourney. The house is perfectly located about a dozen houses down from the ballpark. Everything was great about this cute little home. The bedrooms and kitchen were spacious. Highly recommend for groups of 4 or less people.
