Perfect getaway

Great spot located close to downtown / waterfront. Warm and inviting with everything we needed for our stay in a comfy 2 bedroom house! Host was easy to reach and listing was exactly as described.

The house was a perfect cozy getaway - it was a lovely space with everything we needed for a couple of days in Summerside. Sebastian was a great host, and shared some very useful local recommendations.

Perfect spot to see PEI from!

A perfect house to plan all our PEI adventures from. Close to the shops and downtown Summerside. The host was very easy to get in contact with and the house had all the essentials for our trip.

Felt like home

The property is well equipped and organized. The large soaker was a treat. The kitchen and dining room are well laid out for a 4 person stay. Sebastian communicated proactively. It would have been nice to meet him in person. Maybe next time.

We enjoyed the close proximity to Credit Union Place (where the swim meet we were attending was located). We appreciated that the heat was on and the house was warm when we arrived Friday evening. My swimmer also appreciated access to the dryer so that she could throw her towels in between sessions.

Wonderful cottage near town.

Property is well maintained. Looks newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable could walk to downtown. Kitchen was food size and a small table for four met our needs. Family room had nice furniture. Host Sebastian responded quickly to corresponencw. Friendly. Was staying with brothers and made our visit with family more pleasurable

SUMMERSIDE COMFORTABLE CONVENIENCE QUIET

Our first stop of three after a red eye flight from BC To YHZ. Sebastian suggested locations to visit. Access to WIfi was easy. We felt at home which was nicely organized and decorated. Walking distance to restaurants was close. We discovered too that you can walk the park trail to downtown. Of all of our locations, Summerside Gem was the best and PEI is a special place. Thank you!

A little disappointing

The property is an excellent deal for the money, but really needs a lot of work to improve the guest experience. It was very clean which we appreciated, but things like floors, bed linens and finishes were of very poor quality.

Perfect fo us!

We came to enjoy a hockey function for 3 nights and 4 days. The property was clean, fully functional, to include all needed amenities, and priced right. Five minutes from the ice. No hastle no drive. Lastly Sabastian allowed us a late checkout to accomodate us and our dog, who would have otherwise, been forced to stay in the car for most of last day otherwise. I point of fact we haven't left the property yet as the tourney is still going. Thank you Sabastian, and, as promised we'll send a text upon leaving this afternoon. You guys are great!

Great house!

We loved staying at the red house. We walked downtown to the boardwalk by the ocean 20 minutes so pretty there. Sebastian was so great very quick to respond very friendly and helpful. The house was bigger than we expected. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds, couch. There was actually a spare empty 3rd bedroom if someone brought an air mattress. Big bathroom . Lots of towels, extra blankets, comforters,. Washer and dryer were a bonus. Lots of storage closets and shelves to keep your stuff. The house Has everything you need just bring your food. Lovely deck to sit out. More folded chairs are just behind the entrance door. Bright and cheery. Very fast wifi and internet. We watched movies on Netflix each night . 3 fans and a kitchen ceiling fan, very comfortable. Quiet street, very friendly area. Baseball field a street up on Granville. Beautiful park with ponds, wood bridges green space to play with your kids or dog literally right across the street. Close to everything up Granville street Sobeys, Canadian tire, liquor store, Walmart , strip mall, shoppers drug mart, A&W etc many more stores Down the other end of Granville street was the ocean boardwalk with sweet wood shops and places to eat get an ice cream right on the ocean boardwalk. Many pretty historic buildings. Scotiabank right there also and places to eat. There’s a weekly car show starting at 6pm every Friday evening in the Summer right downtown within walking distance we loved going to that! They block off a few streets for the antique cars/trucks to park on . We loved staying at the red house and we would love to return some day! Thanks Sebastian!!
