"We were surprised the cabin was on the corner of a street leading to a dead end with other cabins . We had a lot of traffic. The neighbors big dog howled alot ( I know it isn’t the owners fault). The floors need a good cleaning. Also the temperature should be dropped to below 80 before arrival in the summer. The cabin was very hot and the concrete floors were wet. It needs more wash cloths. Would never be enough for the amount of people it is supposed to cater to. Bed was very comfortable....

"The cabin had just about everything we needed. The interior was almost perfect. I tried to hang a few clothes and didn’t have a closet in the room with twin beds. The only hangers I could find were wire hangers and no where to hang anything unless I used the laundry/ storage room. The cabin itself was very clean, but I had to sweep a bunch of cobwebs and leaves from the front porch… not a big deal. The cabin was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. "We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size.
