The Neighborhood:
Summit Lake is a full recreational lake over 279 acres with a maximum depth of 29 feet. Just 18 miles north of Antigo and 4 miles south of Elcho in the heart of Lake Country. Public access to the lake from a public boat landing and public beach is located on the east side. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pick, and Walleye. The lake’s water is moderately clear and known for its tannic “root beer” colored water. This property is beautifully situated on the north shore and directly on ATV/UTV & Snowmobile trails. Close to Bass Lake 18 Hole Golf Course, Parrish Highland Trail, Age National Scenic Trail, shopping, dining and so much more for endless opportunities year-round.

Lakeside, you will find easy access to the sandy beachfront for a refreshing swim, cast your line off the boat dock for fishing fun, or explore the serene waters with our complimentary kayaks, paddle board, and paddle boat. As the day winds down, we hope you'll enjoy dining on the deck or gathering around the exterior fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, sharing stories, and roasting marshmallows. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to book our property. This age requirement is more than just a number—it represents our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests and hosts.

Review Requirement: Guests under the age of 24 must have at least three positive reviews from previous stays to be eligible to book our property. This requirement helps us ensure that our guests are reliable and have a track record of positive interactions within the short-term rental community. By adhering to this policy, we aim to foster a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
