Featuring an open floor plan: a large kitchen, family room with a fireplace, a 400 SF sunroom -- all with fantastic views of Lake Marion, stunning sunsets and sunrises. This property is perfect for relaxation and fun.

The large fenced one acre lot is set up for play: fishing from the dock, croquet, cornhole, horseshoes, swimming from the dock (this area has a sandy bottom) -- or relax enjoy the lake breezes from the spacious deck as you prepare a meal on the Weber grill. Inside the fun continues with a ping pong table in the sunroom, and several large screen TVs, an ample DVD collection, board games and books. The property can accommodate trucks, a boat and trailer or bring your kayaks for more water play. The boat landing, Polly's landing is a short drive (4.5 miles) from the property.

Enjoy your barbeque at the large dining table in the sunroom, the expansive bar that seats eight in the kitchen, or sit outside on the deck or dock. Amenities inside the home include: linens provided, washer & dryer, microwave, all major appliances and a fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker).

Older lake house with wonderful views and comfortable beds. There are included channels on the TVs, which was convenient. Very involved host. This listing does require a secondary short-term rental agreement to be signed before arrival. One-site security cameras, along with their locations and additional rules, are disclosed in the secondary rental agreement. We had a very relaxing time and communicated directly to the host regarding important improvements we would suggest. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this cozy lake house. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and friendly. So easy to communicate with for a super relaxing stay on the banks of Lake Marion. Beautiful lake views with lots of windows to enjoy them. I hope we can stay there again soon!

Mayflies swarm
The lake house is clean, well stocked and has an amazing view of lake. Unfortunately the mayflies wouldn’t allow us to enjoy the pier and outdoor space. We did enjoy the view from the sunroom. Granted that the pest are out of the property owners control, a blower was provided to help clear out the mayflies remains. We would definitely rent this property again just not during Mayflies season.

Best getaway!
We wish we would of booked the house for longer! This house was just what we needed. Very clean and homey! It was so serene and we loved every minute of it along with all the kids we brought along. House was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen necessities. We will be back for sure! Oh and the grill was a plus. Owner was awesome as well.

Great location and views!
Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses within about 20 - 30 min. Great spot for a quick get away.

Love, love, love this home!!!
This is our second year in this home. Our hosts make sure we have all the comforts of home in an amazing location. The dock has plenty of fish holders. The kitchen is equiped with everything we could possibly need. The sun room offers a breathtaking view of the lake and we can see the fishing poles on the dock. Plenty of room and cornhole, ping pong, and a whole cabinet of games and puzzles for entertainment. This was our 2d year and we plan on making it a third year in 2025.

We arrived at the house at about 4 p.m. to check in. It was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate us all. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The house and accommodations were everything that we could wish for. We would like to go back sometime this summer when we can swim in the lake.

Flat lot with 180 degree big water views, gorgeous sunrises in the east and sunsets to the west. Home has lots of books, games, ping pong, tv channels, more kitchen supplies and condiments than we've ever seen in a VRBO. Owners in easy communication. 15 minutes to town; we recommend The Lake House restaurant.

The house was very comfortable and had lots of different sitting and eating areas. It was also decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for a group of ten people. We had plenty of playing spaces for kids and adults and we even had a ping pong tournament. The beds were all comfortable. Plenty of outside playing spaces and toys too. Jim, the owner was easy to work with and very accessible.

On arrival we were amazed by the beautiful view overlooking the lake. This house has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Big screen TV in the living room and TV’s in each bedroom. Towels and linens are clean and plentiful. A beautiful fishing dock and a large lot with plenty of parking space. The owners are very hospitable and communicative. A real winner. Hopefully they’ll have us back for a future stay.
