The Best Ski in/Ski Out Location with Private Hot Tub & Bbq

This town house in Snow Creek Village is the best ski in/ski out location on the mountain, have your skis on in a minute and ski down to the base of the lifts. When you get home after skiing you will relax in the private hot tub on the balcony, with a view of Mt Morrisey in the background. You are a very short walk from shops and restaurants and literally just across the street from the skating rink.

Our two bedroom townhouse sleeps 4 - 6 people; a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, two more people may sleep on the queen sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms, each with heated tile floors, a tub/shower, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer.

This unit is 1,100 sq. ft. on three levels. There is a private garage on the ground level; a full kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the first floor; the two bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry machines on the second floor. The hot tub sits on the balcony outside the living room with the gas BBQ on the balcony outside the dining room. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace where you can relax after a day on the slopes, sitting in either of the comfortable chairs or on the sofa.

The large kitchen has all you will need to create a memorable meal for those big appetites. Not only does it have a full sized fridge and stove, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker (filters provided), blender, slow cooker and mixer but it also has a large counter top where all the helpers will feel right at home assisting the chef. There is a walk-in pantry to store all the essentials you will bring for your stay. There are basic seasonings supplied - sugar, salt, pepper as well as some herbs and spices.

There is Wi-Fi, the password is available in the unit. It has its own telephone for local and emergency calls. There is HD Optik TV, as well as a DVD player. There is also a blue ray player. The bedrooms each have an HD digital TV.

There is an EV charger located two minutes walk away, at the corner of Village Way and Village Place.

In the summer, for those who are golfers, there is a very challenging 18 hole golf course within walking distance.

One of the chair lifts operates daily during July and August carrying hikers and mountain bikers up the mountain. McGillivray Lake is within walking distance and you can also drive there to take your canoe or kayak to the water.

Location, location, location!
We had a wonderful time at Sun Peaks during our recent stay. Proximity to the village was an awesome feature of this unit. Other than the 30 second walk across the parking lot this was definitely ski in ski out something which cannot be said for many other units at Sun Peaks. Dealing with Meg was also a treat as she was able to rearrange the cleaners schedule to allow us to spend a couple extra hours in the unit. We will be back!

Great location!
Condo was as advertised! Easy walk across a small parking lot to get to a downhill connector to the main base. Easy walk to rhe village as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. We were 3 adults, which gave us plenty of room. Condo occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor, with a full bath on 2nd fl, and 2 bdrs with full bath on 3rd. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed for tge few neals we ate in. Loved having a garage! It is small and would probably only fit small SUV (we had a medium size sedan with roof rack). Communication was prompt. Would stay again.

Zeer goed geoutilleerd ruim licht huis met garage op 100 meter van de skipiste, goed ingerichte keuken met grote koelkast en prima bedden. Fantastische hottub op het balkon in de zon. Twee badkamers, Makkelijk de auto voor de deur parkeren en de spullen uitladen etc. Ook op loopafstand van het gezellige dorp voor boodschappen of uit eten gaan.

Perfect spot for a ski holiday with the kids. Very convenient ski-in ski-out and short walk to the village. Very clean and with all the perks including a great balcony hot tub! Even got lucky with an early season dump of snow. We hope to return next year!

This is a fantastic, spacious, sparkling clean and extremely well equipped ski condo. The ski in/ ski out is a short walk away and provided great access to the mountain and village. The condo is well stocked, spacious, clean and cozy, we were very happy with our stay.
