This single-level duplex is located just about a mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts and is steps from the popular Heidelberg Hill trailhead and a bus stop for the "Blue Route" on the free Mountain Rides Bus. This home offers approx.1200 sq ft of living space and will sleep up to four guests.

As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months.

Off the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

This duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near the dog park. There is parking for two cars in front of the unit. This unit does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day.

Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. Perfect location for an active vacation
My son and I met in Sun Valley for a cycling/running vacation. The weather and accommodation location were perfect. The townhouse was right on the Adam's Gulch Trail system which we thoroughly enjoyed running and biking on it. Our VRBO was very clean, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for cooking all of our meals. It was also nice having two bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a washer/dryer. Thanks for helping us create great memories.

Very comfortable
We found the unit to be well appointed, particularly the kitchen, and clean and the neighborhood to be quiet and well located for our activities. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that there should be four chairs for the kitchen table in a unit that sleeps 4 people.

Pros: size, updated kitchen appliances, great water pressure, quiet, easy parking, washer/drier, affordable Cons: no screens on some windows (needed since no A/C), dirty carpets, rickety kitchen table and chairs, limited outdoor furniture With some updates, this would be very nice property. Management is working on getting screens after I contacted them.
