Direct from the yard snowmobile/cross country trail access. In the summer, one can stroll the charming nearby Sunapee Harbor, or you’ll find Sunapee State Park Beach just a few minutes away for swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating. This is the perfect retreat for all outdoor enthusiasts, or to relax and enjoy NH’s beautiful seasons.

This private, modern ski chalet sleeps (5), and is perfect for staycations, weekend trips or overnights. Located directly on Route 103, conveniently located 5 minutes from Mount Sunapee, and Lake Sunapee. For those of you with an Epic Ski pass, consider that you can drive to Mount Okemo, or Crotched Mountain within an hour from Sunapee, and round out a week or months stay enjoying multiple participating mountains.

Direct access from Mt Reach Chalet to 80 miles of snowmobile trails managed by Lake Sunapee Snowmobile Club.
