We stayed for six nights and is a family from Sweden with two older teenagers. + Animation crew, where we really liked water polo, dart and water gymnastic. + Location, really close to everything. Only some minute to Flower street. + Good drinks, with a lot to choose. Also good with real glasses at dinner and evening. Nice with also prosecco. - Due to location you here some music from nearby nightclubs during the night, until closing at 5-6 in the morning. But we were aware of this. - You need to get up quite early to "reserve" sunbeds at pool if you want any. Like avarage hotels we have been to.

Dirty rooms but good all inclusive

Context: We went to Sunny Beach as three men, all 27 years old, and chose this hotel because we weren’t going on a party trip. Just a weekend getaway. I have rated the hotel in the following categories: 1. Cleaning: 1 of 5. When we came to the hotel the room was very dirty. I believe they may have given us this room because of the fact that we were three men and that they thought we did not care. There was dried old food under two beds and dirt in every corner. When we went barefoot in the room the first day our feet was full of dirt. I complained at the reception and showed pictures and they promised it would be better but it never improved the following days. 2. The all inclusive-experience: 5 of 5. The snack bar, restaurants, bath towels, pubs and the service from the staff in those places were very good. I would also like to point out that there were an extraordinary amount of activities to do for children. I would really recommend this hotel for families. 3. Pool and beach-area: 2 of 5. The beach was full of sunbeds and parasols belonging to the hotel. It was never full and very good and pretty clean. The hotel also had a beer-shack on the beach for soft drinks and such. It was good. The pool area was a mess, though. Extremely full and an obnoxious loud speaker that was blasting from morning to night. We avoided this area because of those reasons. If you are sensitive to loud noises: Do not go to this hotel.

The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online. We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside. Basically It's a tourism Trap.

Okay hotel til prisen. men vores airconditioner var i stykker og vi skulle klage over det i 7 dage inden det blev lavet. Det blev først lavet samme morgen vi skulle hjem igen. Maden i buffeten var ganske fin, men nogle folk tager alt for meget mad på deres tallerkener, de fylder 4-5 tallerkener og spiser det ikke, så der er et kæmpe madspild. Mange folk lagde deres håndklæder på liggestolene foran poolen kl 07 om morgenen men de kom først ned til poolen kl 16 om eftermiddagen. Det er virkelig træls for så er der ikke plads til dem der gerne vil bruge dem i løbet af dagen. Så er er generelt bare mange små ting som er i stykker, som stikkontakter som stikker ud af væggen osv.
