The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room

The property images online during booking this stay are super outdated. When we arrived to the hotel, the overall appearance of everything was very run down. Parking is a hassle with offsite parking where the hotel and the third party parking will both ask you to pay different pricing. The room conditions were poor, you have to pay a deposit for towels, Wi-Fi was terrible, there was no gym as advertised and the food is very average and the alcohol is all watered down and limited 3 per person. Please do not be fooled, you will leave with a bad taste in your mouth and disappointment.
