"Stayed here to celebrate new years and loved almost everything! The rooms are small but very modern and clean. It is walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and bars in downtown Phoenix. The hotel has a rooftop bar which looked very fun. The staff was friendly and approachable. They did call me an hour before my check in time to ask my ETA which was odd to me, first time I’ve experienced that. The only downside is the parking. You have 3 options. "The cleanest, affordable and centered to all downtown areas and update to style! Although our stay was just two nights, no parking it was just expensive valet parking. They were charging a bit more and I really didn’t see any parking at the back and the only other thing I would say the microwave was not working. We try to heat it up one thing we had and called the front desk. They weren’t able to help, but other than that this is the best stay! "

"Property team was great and location perfect! Room was ok, smaller than expected, not the cleanest, best amenity was the washer dryer. Lacked amenities in bathroom and general expected areas. Pool, although not advertised, was not heated, hot tub didnt work, nor towels provided. Great communication with property management, we only staying one of our three nights. "

"I like that all of the people that are staying in this motel respect the rules and after 10:00 p.m. is quiet time and it's so quiet you can literally hear pin drop out here not even a whimper from a coyote or anything so it's very nice I think the loudest thing is maybe revving cars driving by.
