Welcome to Brownstone!

This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch.

House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water.
2 Gas grills and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.

Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance and include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Cannon Smoke Saloon, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat and PWC rentals, Pirate’s Point is conveniently located on the same lake road.

Lake Trip 2024
Location was amazing!!! We had 8 of us in our group, we used both of the Master Suites, one up and one on the main living along with the other two bedrooms upstairs. The bunk room is set up great, sleeps 10, 1 twin set of bunks were it a walk in closet with a Jack & Jill bathroom connected to another bedroom. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would ever need. We had a friend that lived in the area that had a beautiful Tri-toon, she took us out exploring and really getting to see the area and learn some history by boat. We loved the hot tub and fire pit on the deck, and the Glider rocker swivel chairs were so comfy!! Fun game room in the garage as well.

Amazing stay!
Brownstone was an outstanding place for our family of six adults and five children. There was plenty of room and the home was in great shape. It was a perfect location on the water especially on the shootout weekend. The hot tub and game room gave us plenty of things to do and the open kitchen/dining/living rooms were great for family meals and activities. Anthony was also awesome to work with. Highly recommend the brownstone!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. 10 minutes from Ozark Amphitheater. Pictures don’t do the house and location justice. Both were fantastic. Game room was perfect. Host was very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back.

We go to the lake every year and this by far is the best one yet. We for sure will be back again. Anthony has been a great host. The house has some of the best views that pictures don’t do justice. Awesome game room that kept everyone entertained at night. The house is also in a great location not far from many popular places to go on the lake.

Perfect location for a fun family get away. We are a family of 12. Grandparents, 2 sets of parents, kids ages 5 through 24. Plenty of space. Lots of light. Clean & large bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Game room meant no boredom for the kids, not even for a minute. Hot tub on the deck with spectacular views. Boat slips if you decide to rent a boat. We loved this trip and the location!!

Family/Friends summer vacation
We had the best time at this house. Great location and they had everything there you could ever imagined. The kids loved the game room. The men loved the grills. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The dock and deck were both very nice as well. We spent a lot of time of the deck just enjoying the view, while the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and floating on the lily pad that was also provided. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house, lots of room for our family to spread out and enjoy! We didn’t have great weather during our stay but stayed cozy and entertained in the house. Host is very responsive and was quick to act when we had difficulty with our front door code. We would stay here again in the future.

Truly wonderful post graduation holiday
A post graduation treat for our family, some travelling from the UK. The property was just as listed and we made use of all the facilities as the weather changed on our last day from hot sun to rain so it was perfect to be able to use all the games inside. There was everything you needed and the link to music outside and in the property was a real bonus. The only time we left the house was for a meal at Captain Ron's, which although we felt was pricey was within easy walking distance. Anthony was so helpful with the check in glitch and once inside we had the best holiday. We will definitely return!

This property was amazing! The host went above and beyond yo make us feel welcome. Absolutely every item we might have needed was there and with such a large group it made the trip easier. The property location is gorgeous and my group of students spent tons of time in the water. The living room was big enough for movie nights and the whole house sound system was great for when the group was all spread out as well. With such a big group we did a lot of cooking and this kitchen was so perfect. Local grocery store was close and had everything we needed and the more touristy stuff was an easy drive away. Loved this property!

Beautiful home filled with entertainment
The house was great. Perfect for our group. We were able to space out. Our favorite features were the game room, the were bar with the ice maker and wine fridge, the kitchen counter game console (we logged in a many hours!) and the hot tub. It wasn’t the greatest weather so we too advantage of soaking it up in the tub and looking at the stars. A great place to embark on your Ozark adventures!

This property is quality from top to bottom. This is not a cheap rental house, this is a very nice home with all the amenities. Everything was just perfect. The views are amazing, the setup is great, the games and entertainment in the house kept us busy for the entire trip. In four days we only left to go to the grocery store. No one is out group wanted to leave this beautiful place.

Awesome house right on the point. Water views on 3 sides. Visited in early March, so weather wasn’t permissive to the lake, but the hot tub, patio, game room, and large open living/dining/kitchen were awesome to hang out in for a long weekend. We had 6 people and plenty of space, I’d say groups up to 10-12 would be comfortable, any more than that might get a little tight.
