The place has a great location, very close to the beach. However, guests are required to clean their own kitchenware and take out their own trash, which makes me wonder what exactly is included in the room rate—perhaps just the rent? That being said, it’s very quiet at night. The sound insulation isn’t the best, so it might not be ideal for those who are very sensitive to noise. But if you’re only staying for a short time, it’s still a decent option.

A little disappointing for the price
"For the price, I was a little disappointed. Our room wasn't serviced at all and you had to pay extra if you wanted it to be. For over $300 a night, I would expect at least the bins to be emptied and some fresh body wash. Breakfast was also not included and you had to book and pay the night before ..."
