"Gorgeous house, short distance from shops, surrounded by bushland and away from neighbours. Having 2 hoses made cleaning cars so easy! We loved our time staying at Kokomo, you’d be crazy not to stay here "

"Quiet location. Walk to beach, shops and clubs / restaurants. The pool is amazing, plenty of beach towels provided, and so clean and warm. BBQ under the large awning, outside table and chairs made it very social. Beds comfortable, clean white linnen, lots of fluffy towels. The owners have tried to make it comfortable. Negatives; The dining chairs are crap and there was no dish cloth, lol. Will stay again and recommend it to all."

"Our stay was very comfortable with everything you needed and very close to the beach."

"Beautiful house! Lots of space for a large group. Only downside is the fold out sofa bed doesn't comfortably sleep 2 adults. Also 2 of the 3 toilets are in the ensuites so the group needs to be comfortable with sharing the showers and toilets, which was fine for us being a big family but may not suit people who prefer complete privacy. The benefits far outweigh the few small design flaws. The deck is amazing with heaps of space for everyone. We made some wonderful memories here and we all want...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was central to everything and home, had appropriate room for 6 people. We really loved it. A little bit difficult for parking a bigger car (no fault of owner) just the design of the townhouses. We would definitely stay again. "

"We went to Hervey Bay to see the whales. This was a great place to stay. A 5 minute drive to where the whale watching boats leave from and an easy walk to Woolworths. Nice accommodation. Thank you"

"We had a great stay in the shed. Close to the beach and the best pizza oven, our pizzas turned out amazing. It did rain our whole stay (2nights) so a proper dryer would’ve been ideal. "

"A few mates & I had a 3 night stay & the house was perfect , 4 good sized bedrooms & a decent size tv. Pool was nice probably will need a new surface ( only notice because I’m an epoxy installer) was a good location, short walk to the local, overall I would recommend to future renters!"

"Had friends over from London. Would have been too difficult to camp with them. This was the perfect alternative to stay and explore Fraser. The house easily accommodated us all (and another small family). House had everything for a holiday getaway with multiple families. "
