The location is fantastic, about 200m to the Surf Club which has wonderful meals, about 1.5 km to the Sunshine Plaza which is a huge shopping plaza, directly across from the beach, what more can you ask for. Totally recommend and will be going back

This is my 4th stay here. I love the little pocket of Cotton Tree in which it's located as it's quiet and with no through traffic, yet right on the beach, handy to shops, restaurants and the river. The full equipped apartments are large and fully equipped.

Lovely property and reception staff. Easy checkin/out comfortable with efficient aircon and well sized kitchen. Only feedback is sliding doors to the front veranda required a bit of force to open, probably a victim of the sea air! Otherwise very happy with this accomodation

We had a wonderful stay. The management were friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check out as our son had an early morning football game. Was great to come back, have a swim and pack up before leaving. The bathrooms in our apartment had been renovated but remainder of apartment was more original. The apartment was large spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, I would advise the apartment owners to invest in some new beds and pillows. The sauna was out of order which was disappointing. The whole property is in the midst of upgrades which will see it come back to its glory. The new external paint job looks great. Overall, we did love it. The location is awesome, close to cafes, surf club and beach at your doorstep. Management were fabulous. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others. .

Great place to stay and renovated beautifully. The unit has heaps of space, WiFi and spectacular views. Location perfect right across the road from the beach pathway.....only a few minutes walk to the flagged area at Maroochydore surf club. On-site managers provided local info and great customer service 👍
