This tastefully refurbished second floor apartment boasts outstanding uninterrupted panoramic ocean views from each bedroom, the family room and the balcony. The amazing location allows guests to take a short stroll to famous Kings Beach, to lay on the sand or enjoy the patrolled surf beach, or walk the other direction to Happy Valley and Bulcock Beach.

Parks, the boardwalk and BBQs are all just minutes away. If you prefer to take a dip without the waves, there is also a sparkling pool which overlooks the ocean available at the Edgecliffe complex.

Recently refurbished to incorporate tasteful artworks as well as new kitchen equipment, beds and bedding. Both bedrooms have ocean views.

The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet. You will also find other essentials such as a family-sized washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Secure basement parking can accommodate an average size vehicle. Due to the age of the building it is not suitable for high top or long wheel base vehicles as it has a maximum headroom of 1.8 metres and the driveway is steep. Take the lift from the underground car park or ground entrance to your apartment.

The lounge and master bedroom have ceiling fans and the second bedroom has a portable fan.

Pleasant property. Comfortable beds and couch. Smart TV. No reverse cycle aircon so did get a little cool during our winter stay. Amazing view and great proximity to beach and boardwalk.

Fabulous position. Neat and clean apartment. Only negative is the difficult driveway and access to the garage. Fortunately I had looked at other reviews and knew it was tricky. Made us very reluctant to go out in the car etc.

Amazing view and location
Amazing view and location, the apartment had everything we could need. Clean, tidy, great balcony! We didn’t feel confident parking in the car park underneath in the new rental car we had but there was always plenty of spots on the street. Lift access was a big plus. The pool was lovely and clean and fresh. Steps down to the beach and esplanade boardwalk. To access the property you need to go down Dingle Ave, it is on Little Esplanade Lane and it took us a while to locate. All in all we loved our stay and will 100% stay again.

Although we stayed high season I felt this property was over priced. It was dirty and lacked basic materials such as a washing rack. Communication with the real estate was poor. A great location and view, but steep for what we got.
