Situated in the perfect location just over a minutes walk to Coolum's patrolled surf beach, a short drive to Coolum Village Shopping Centre and positioned directly across the road from popular restaurants and cafes. Everything you need is only a few steps away!

The Space:
This well equipped accommodation has it all!

Spaced out over two levels, with the ground floor offering the living area and full kitchen including an oven, stovetop and microwave. Also located on this level is one of the bathrooms/laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs are three generous size bedrooms and second bathroom. Enjoy the coastal views and breeze from the master bedroom balcony!
