With 2 Smart TV’s located in the property, entertainment at your fingertips is easily accessible. Undercover parking is available on premise for your security. A fully-catered funcitional kitchen is equipped with anything you may need on your tropical retreat. Bedding configurations are a queen bed in the master suite, and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom which can be easily converted into a larger bed with address mattress topper if required. Fully functional washing machine and dryer is located inside the bathroom, tucked away as a separate laundry space. Enjoy a cafe-style Nespresso coffee machine right in the comfort of your own space. Help yourself to the range of books in the library nook.

- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- Any last minute booking within 3 days will require guests to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measures to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
