**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
Guests will have access to all areas of the house (there are a couple of locked storage cupboards)
We take a separate bond to airbnb, require photo id and a signed rental agreement.
As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
All pets must be prior approved. There is a $33 per night pet fee, which is paid separately to the accommodation.
No smoking at or on the property. Fines apply.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
