The most memorable stay!
We absolutely LOVED our stay! We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect house for our elopement lunch and first night as a married couple. What an incredible view – watching the sun rise over the ocean in the morning to watching the sun set over the mountains from the same balcony. Mel was a great host – not only providing such a personalised touch with suggestions for the area, but having everything possible in the house. We’re so grateful we chose Mel’s house for the most wonderful memories! Thank you.

We had the most amazing time at Mel’s home. The property is perfectly located, well stocked with all the kitchen amenities and breathtaking views. We had a kookaburra visit us on the balcony, a kangaroo hangout in the backyard for most of the morning and of course the lovely resident chickens. A truly immersive experience to unwind and connect. Beautiful spacious house with stunning views. Very comfortable with lots of different places to relax. Separate downstairs living area perfect for kids. Only a few minutes in the car to the beach. Mel very easy to deal with. Exactly as advertised. Did not disappoint. Would love to return.

Everything you could ask for.
This property certainly had the Wow factor. The house is a stunning pole home with polished timber floors and spacious bedrooms. The views south along the beach and west to the mountains are delightful. The facilities are great and our granddaughter had a great time feeding the chooks and exploring the Bushland Conservation Reserve that backs onto the property.

Family get together on Sunshine Coast
Roomy and well located with great views of the sea and Mt Coolum. Owner was very welcoming and easy to deal with. There was plenty of space for all of us, Everything we needed was provided. Car access by unfamiliar rental car at night was a bit hairy and although the days were sunny the weather was cold and very little sunshine entered the house or veranda space so went to the beach a lot- would have been brilliant in summertime.

This house is perfect for getaways with family or friends. It is spacious, well-equipped and elegantly styled. The views are spectacular and panoramic allowing you to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. Melinda is a very thoughtful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Like living in a treehouse with amazing views!
The home was simply amazing with views that were unbelievable. The beds were very comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of suggested hikes and visited several beaches. Great communication with James all the way thru. It was simply perfection!

What views!
The entire process of renting, communication, checking in were so easy. James’ notes were spot on. A beautiful, spacious home with everything you could need. The views are spectacular across to the coastline. We were happy to enjoy playing mahjong with just the bird sounds and visiting kookaburras and didn’t feel the need to sight see. Definitely would recommend.
