We are sorry there was a miscommunication about the cleaning and that your concerns were not addressed on the first phone call, once we realised this had not been addressed we did act as quickly as possible to have the cleaning issues rectified for you. We are aware that one of the couches needs replacing and we are looking into some alternative options, we trust that the other lounge was suitable.
