Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.

This 2 story home features an inverted floor plan with large decks - enjoy wonderful beach views from the second row. Location is everything with this property, as beach access is directly across from the street; restaurants, the playground, candy store, and ice cream are just a short walk away.

The home features a total of 5 bedrooms, each with a full bath. The master suite sits on the second floor and features a king bed, tiled walk-in shower with double vanity and 40" smart TV. A second bedroom located on the floor has twin bunk beds for the kids to spend vacation together.

The kitchen located on the top floor is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The dining room table is flanked by benches which seat 8-10 people comfortably. Adjacent to the kitchen is nicely decorated living area with 60" LED TV.

The first-floor features three bedrooms and a second family room with 60" TV. The bedrooms consist of 1 king, and 2 queens, each with a private bath, deck access, and a 40" TV. There is a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space on the first floor living room.

Perhaps the best features of this home are the large decks off of the front of the house. Enjoy sunbathing on the top floor or just sit and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. To beat the heat, enjoy your vacation on the lower deck reading a book or just catch up on some sleep with the oversize sofa.

A large private pool and hot tub are located inside the backyard fence for the ultimate vacation. Beginning fall of 2016 request to have the pool heated for an additional charge. An outside shower with hot and cold water is adjacent the hot tub. The Tiki bar located in the pool area and is the ultimate hang out.

Wonderful House & Location

Dream Vacation Rental!
The house is gorgeous and the layout was perfect for our family getaway. The elevator was a game changer for my parents with knee/back issues and the private pool was the perfect hang out spot! Perfection
The home is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The furnishings, decor, and appliances are up to date. We were a group of eight and there was plenty of room for all of us. The outdoor decks were the perfect places to watch a thunderstorm or listen to the waves crashing. Between the heated pool, jacuzzi, and the beach across the road the kids were never bored. Within a short walk there is a quant coffee shop, playground, and basketball court. Shea was very accommodating. We had a concern and he came out the same day to resolve it.

The property was perfect - the fenced in yard and pool were fantastic for kids. The location was great - the side street was steps away and walking to the coffee shop - the playground - under the bridge was great. The porches had a great beach view and you were just steps away. Shea was there for any questions you had - a great host.

We had a great week! Owner was helpful with checking in and instructions for the elevator. Spectrum had trouble in the area midweek and the owner let us know the status and when to expect it to come on again (important to the teens, lol). We’d definitely come back again!

great vacation at a wonderful beach house
This beach house was everything it we were looking for. The pool was awesome. The tiki bar was really a nice addition. The house has plenty of room for 14 guests and is well stocked. Beach access right across the street was very handy. If you are looking for a totally relaxing place to stay, this is it. It also had a grassy area out beyond the pool which was great for playing corn hole or any kind of outdoor game. Absolutely loved the place and our stay.

THE best place to stay in Holden Beach
This home has it ALL. The views, the pool, plenty of places to relax alone or gather together. We couldn't have picked a better spot for a family vacation. And the kitchen was FULL of everything you need! Even several crockpots! Shae is an excellent and responsive host and knows how to create a wonderful retreat! Don't miss this one!

Girls beach trip
We had perfect weather, easy access to beach, and ocean view. Elevator did not work, and there are a lot of steps (a lot and we are not spring chickens!) I had to contact host at check in, but got in easily. Side stairs from 2nd story (laundry room) were great until the bottom steps. Last step is not correctly spaced which caused a lot of stumbling, and I did fall. Pool was chilly, but beautiful. Back deck/yard area very nice, lots of seating, and hot tub was amazing, as was the outdoor shower. Trash was not emptied and cooler was not cleaned either. There was a room with chairs, unbrellas, and beach stuff that was cluttered, so I straightened that up. There was a large blue bag on the porch and we had to make our beds, and wash all the towels in the house before leaving, which was unexpected. Very little toilet paper in the house. Decks were amazing. House is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable spaces. I tried to reach out to our host with some property concerns, but did not hear back. We did have to take the trash cans out to the curb on our first night and before we left. Overall ok trip. Looong drive for the 11 of us, but a nice place to relax.

Outstanding personal service
This property is absolutely everything you could want in a beach house. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our group of 14 to spread out and the backyard and pool area is the perfect way to finish the day after an afternoon on the beach. The home is directly across from the beach access so it was easy to get out to the water. We could easily walk to restaurants and the playground area. There was a plumbing issue that Shae found out about right before we arrived on Saturday and he had a plumber out there before we arrived. He called us to let us know what was going on and he worked diligently to get it fixed on a weekend. He truly went out of his way to make sure the issue was taken care of 100% to our satisfaction. There are plenty of great beach houses on Holden Beach but you just can't beat the kind of personal service we received.

First class getaway
You'll find your group discussing when to come back, even before you leave. The house is incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. Our group of 8 adults had a blast! Shae and his wife were wonderful hosts. The amount of thought and effort they have put into this home shows through and through. He said they were only a call or text away, but we never needed to take them up on it. They've truly given us a new home away from home. Some specifics inside the home: When they say a fully stocked kitchen, they mean FULLY STOCKED. Coffee machines, Tupperware, a hand mixer, enough silverware for an army, even a crock pot and trifle bowl!... seriously! The large farm table and benches now has me looking up plans to build something similar for myself. All bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (except the kids bunk room) are perfectly sized and provided a great place to lay your head at the end of the day. 2 living rooms meant 1 group could be downstairs watching Netflix while another was upstairs watching the NHL Playoffs. Talk about keeping the peace! And then there's the outside: There's plenty of deck space and chairs in front to watch the ocean and people flying kites. Or step out back and watch the sunset over the crystal clear pool while swinging in a hammock. And take note, there is an outdoor speaker system by the pool with the amp under the bar, which was an awesome find. I plugged in my Alexa device and she DJ'd our entire week poolside. It was fantastic. Cold drinks from the fridge under the bar also meant more time could be spent outside. Being able to bubble away in the hot tub and jump back to the pool is hard to beat that. Ample parking, a charcoal Weber, pool toys, beach toys... on and on. You get the idea, this home has it all. Lastly, the location: You'll find zero apartment high rises. No big name hotels or stores on the island. Just coastal living. Want to walk to the coffee shop? Feel free. Rent a bike while down there and ride it home. Ice cream shops, little places to get a beach trinket, magnet, or sticker, it's there. From the house, you can cross the street and walk the beach and the locals love chatting with vacationers. A man once said, "When you're in Holden Beach, you'll never meet a stranger" and that statement couldn't be truer.

What a week
House was lovely, great location and plenty of room. Problems with door lock and appliances. House needs some maintainance, screws, batteries, light bulbs, etc. We cleaned Tiki Bar and put away pool and beach items that were left the previous vusitors.from previous quests
