Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure.

I am a business traveler and my reason to come to Surabaya is for an important meeting at the Port of Tanjung Perak. I chose Ibis Rajawali because it is close to my location of meeting. What you pay is what u get
Been here for 4 days. Location is good as its very near to JMP however during night time very quiet and can say like a ghost town. The buffet is highly not recommended as it is not nice at all and very limited choices. The room is just fine. Its a budget hotel so dont expect more. The salon at the lobby is also not that good as their service very slow and they dont even have the curler and the basic equipment whereby a salon must have.
