"This is a delightful cottage tucked away in a small village but with good access to local shops and attractions. It’s well laid out with a comfortable sitting area, and a kitchen /diner with access to a secluded terrace. A really relaxing stay!"

"Ginette and Jean-Jacques could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The interior of the house is both practical and charming. The exterior and surrounding grounds of the house were enchanting. Each time we went away for a day to do some sight-seeing - on our return, seeing the house always made us smile. In short - if you don't like this house - there is probably something wrong with you. Thank you so much Ginette and Jean-Jacques and, please God, we will see you soon again"

Yannick was a very pleasant host and freely admitted that he spoke no English. Fortunately I speak French. Would we return? Undoubtedly."

"Greeting from Karen & Richard was so nice. A lovely couple who presented the property so very well. The gardens were immaculate and brilliant for the kids and our dog. We had a fantastic relaxing week. Visiting a few beautiful chateau’s. Great location just a few miles from the motorway, in the fantastic French country side. So access to the surrounding towns and villages are easy."

"A big thanks to Gary for being so helpful . The location of the house is perfect so peaceful. The interior stylish and well equipped. During the week we stayed it was extremely hot so having the good sized pool situated so close by was ideal . It was our first time to the area and we all loved the region. I highly recommend the house, in fact it’s the best I have stayed in in France . We all had a wonderful and memorable holiday and I hope to return sometime soon."

Par ailleurs, Bugeat offre de nombreuses possibilités de balades ou randonnées et se trouve bien situé pour découvrir le plateau de Millevaches dans son ensemble. "The cottage was beautiful designed but the ceilings are very low. Not really suitable for people above 1.80 meter. We think this should be mentioned in the advertisement. The owner is a very nice woman who wants to help if you have any questions. The outside space was smaller than we anticipated, because of the parked cars.
