The breakfast was very limited for what the cost was. No meat, cheese, yoghurt or pastries. Basically just egg, bread and jam plus watermelon.

The desk clerk on duty at midnight was very helpful even though my recently booked Expedia reservation did not yet show in their reservation system. He was able to quickly register me and give me a nice quiet room with a good shower and confortable bed. It was just what I needed after 25 hours airborne!

Locals sell fresh fruit and food and few restaurants and 7/11 walking distance. Just pack togs and towels and sunscreen. Clean and safe beach with life guards, great for family and short drive from Patong
