Beautiful Breakfast buffet with delicious omelettes and anything else one could want for breakfast. Indoor outdoor restaurant downstairs, excellent menu, reasonably priced. Live small band last night, more formal dining room on second floor. Freindly staff. Just an all around nice friendly, clean quiet, small sized hotel!"

"We stayed for 9 nights for a working holiday. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in any part of the world. From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel the service was outstanding. The place is immaculate and the amenities phenomenal. We ate at the hotel several times and the food was excellent. The area is safe and has lots of lovely restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was sitting at Harvey’s Bar watching the sun go down with other guests and local capetonians."

"The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. "

"The hotel itself is great, finding the entrance to the parking garage (if you don’t know where you are going), is a little tricky, and I truly believe that the parking charge should be included in the room rate, an additional R120.00 a day for parking is an unexpected add-on! The room was very good, the bathroom was compact but adequate. Check in was fine, except I had booked three rooms and they weren’t linked to my name, but only to my reservation number so momentary panic when it looked like...

"The Commodore has an Old World elegance. Our room was large enough (not spacious but generous) and it was immaculate. The staff members were lovely - helpful and personable. There is a very nice door/outdoor restaurant where the food was delicious and the service excellent. Location wise - it’s about a long city block to the V & A shopping area which offers anything you need in n a safe atmosphere. We enjoyed out stay very much. "
