The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t an elevator to get to the 2nd floor with your luggage. We had a lot and it was time consuming without a luggage cart.

Small town surprise!
On a road trip. After a 8 hr drive we determined Susanville was a good stopping point. Comfort Inn did not disappoint. Check-in went smoothly, lobby nice and inviting as well as front desk staff. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, surprised that bed linens felt really nice too. Not too mention the bed was made with skills! Like hospital corners. Satisfying to crawl into a neatly made bed. Quiet location. Had breakfast, which had nice variety of hot to cold breakfast choices. Breakfast area and dining room was spotless. Staff member was going around constantly cleaning and replenishing. Turned in key when we left and was greeted again by very kind professional front desk staff. Would definitely recommend.
