"Potholes big enough to swallow a wheel all over the driveway. So much salt had been laid down I thought we were being preserved. The front desk worker Latricia was very nice and accommodating to our requests. I asked for an additional blanket as the room had been cold the night before which she provided with no problem. She went out of her way to be pleasant when I noted that the water cooler in the exercise room was leaking. She was also very helpful with directions. Keep her on staff! "
