"I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Ocean views from nearly every room. Communication with the owners was excellent and all the codes we were given worked the first time. Superb stay; thank you. We will definitely be back."

"Rented this beautiful house for our annual fall golf trip. There were 8 of us and we were all totally comfortable in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable (not one complaint from anyone). Plenty of room for 8 grown men to spread out. Less than 30 min away from all the golf courses we played (most of which were in the Berlin area). All communication with the owner was perfect with prompt replies to my multiple questions....

Owners were responsive and helpful. So nice to be able to have our dog with us. We’ve stayed in several houses on this stretch of Prime Hook and this was our favorite. "

"We had such a great weekend’. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook for a group. The porch and deck are so much bigger than they look in the pictures, and it was nice to be near the water. Three full bathrooms were greatly appreciated too. We will be back’"

"Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later. "

"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "
