"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a Rosella Cabin. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the small size but fine for 2 nights. Everything we needed. The sports court was fantastic and the family game of soccer the highlight of our trip according to our daughters! The pool was very refreshing but great. The putt putt course was great and lots of fun! Our daughters loved the rabbits and ducks. Reception staff were beyond helpful and always lovely. "

"Receptionist was the nicest person i think I've ever spoken to ever! Minor issue with a neighbours motion light being on all night the first night (no one was staying there, it was just glitching). We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it).
