This place could be very nice if not for some basic understanding of custom service: 1. Staff was loud laughing every night after 10pm until 6 AM. 2. Roaches and ants in my room. I killed a roach and it took 2 day before the housekeeping disposed of it! 3. Water smelled bad 4. Restaurant t was not open during the time advertised. Closed early because the cook said she was tired. (I think she has other plans, because I saw he depart with pots of uncooked food) 5. Crazy rule of no outside alcohol, yet their bar close at 8pm! 6. Very nice receptionist--all of them were very nice. I m from America and I will not stay here again nor will I recommend it for any of my friends or associates.

Worse place I ever stayed in. Had to wait 1 hour for check in, room was set up was really bad, sink got plugged, no hair dryer, dirty towels, no blanket for 3rd person, was not worth the price per night. Do not recommend for overseas visitors!

The place location is what I liked, just the housekeeping needs to be jacked up, my first day was greeted with a oil stained bed sheet and the room was changed to a clean room with no balcony, not really how Ive expected to spend my 4 days in suva, considering it's the same price as the southern cross.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.
There was no towel in the room. Called front desk and they said they will bring it. Waited for 30 minutes, no response.When called again, was told that there is no towel and that the staff will provide in the morning. Next morning, called again and did not hear from them. When I called again, I was told that the towel staff will come at 10am. The check out time was 10 am so I checked out without shower. Very shameful for not able to provide a towel.

I like my stay in townhouse I like the front desk they did a good customer service and my room always neat and clean when I go out and come back my towels I really appreciate those ladies who was doing the housekeeping work and the general manager was absolutely awesome who helped me out when there was a little problem gets noisy at the time but front desk always take care of that problem I really love my stay and I'd like to think whole stuff of the townhouse to taking care of me and welcome me as a family

I really like the stuff staff of townhouse and room service cleaning was very nice and the general manager was really helpful overall I have no problem leaving enjoyed my stay at townhouse hotel. My dislike was very noisy couple of days but the general manager take care of that so that was really nice of her I really recommend people going on vacation or a business trip to spend a night and enjoy the atmosphere of townhouse thank you
