"Loved that Okura Act City Hotel had the Dyson hair dryer and offered such great amenities in the bathroom in our room. The pajama set was great. The radio in the room was amazing to fall asleep to. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful."

"The hotel is a bit old and could probably use a remodel. However the hotel is clean, has a nice onsen, and the customer service was very good. My kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool the resort has. I would stay again if I visited Hamamatsu again."
